  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Delivery limitations

2.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete.

3. Products & Substitutions

3.1 Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, products may vary slightly from images displayed on the website.

3.2 Certain flowers, packaging, or containers may occasionally be unavailable. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and quality of the arrangement.

3.3 Images on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4.2 Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

4.3 Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched or delivered.

4.4 We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery

5.1 We deliver to selected areas listed on our website.

5.2 While we aim to deliver within requested timeframes, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

5.3 If the recipient is unavailable:

  • Flowers may be left in a safe place where appropriate;

  • Delivered to a neighbour;

  • Or returned for redelivery, which may incur an additional delivery charge.

5.4 Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer or recipient upon delivery.

5.5 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient’s address and contact information are correct.

6. Perishable Goods & Cooling-Off Rights

6.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases.

6.2 However, this right does not apply to:

  • Fresh flowers;

  • Floral arrangements;

  • Plants;

  • Or other perishable goods.

6.3 Orders for personalised or custom-made products may also be exempt from cancellation rights.

6.4 Once preparation of a floral order has begun, cancellation requests may not be possible.

6.5 If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests where preparation or delivery has not yet commenced.

7. Refunds & Complaints

7.1 We take great care in preparing and delivering our products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

7.2 To assist with resolving any issue, we may request photographs of the product.

7.3 Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion where products are proven to be:

  • Damaged upon delivery;

  • Not as described;

  • Or not of satisfactory quality.

7.4 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1 Customers must ensure that:

  • Delivery information is accurate;

  • The recipient is able to receive the delivery safely;

  • Any relevant delivery instructions are provided.

8.2 We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
